Plakatwettbewerb Hochschulwahlen

Liebe Studies,  

Hochschulwahlen bedeuten immer die Möglichkeit der Partizipation für Studierende. Dieses Jahr möchte der AStA eure Partizipation noch mehr gemeinsam feiern. Es ist uns wichtig, dass ihr euch einbringen könnt, und das nicht erst, wenn es in die Wahlkabine geht. Wir wollen von euch wissen: Was spricht euch an? Wie werdet ihr auf Partizipation aufmerksam?

In unserem neuen Plakatwettbewerb wollen wir deshalb sehen, wie ihr die Hochschulwahlen ankündigt.  In dem Wettbewerb habt ihr die Möglichkeit, ein Plakat für die kommenden Hochschulwahlen zu erstellen. Es geht darum, die anderen Studies auf die Hochschulwahlen aufmerksam zu machen und sie für eine Wahlbeteiligung zu motivieren. Denn nur durch Partizipation können wir unsere FH Münster selbst gestalten.
Die drei Bestplatzierten des Wettbewerbs bekommen entsprechend ihrer Platzierung einen Gewinn in Höhe von 150 Euro, 100 Euro oder 50 Euro sowie eine Urkunde. Außerdem wird das beste Plakat ausgedruckt und auf allen Campus der FH Münster ausgehängt.  
Für die Erstellung des Plakats habt ihr fast den ganzen September Zeit, also vom 03.09. bis zum 30.09. (23:59 Uhr).

Dabei gelten folgende Vorgaben:  
Die Technik ist euch frei überlassen, ihr dürft das Plakat mithilfe von Collagen, Farben, Stiften, digital oder anderen Mitteln, die ihr gerne benutzt, erstellen!
Dieser Wettbewerb ist nur für immatrikulierte Student*innen der FH Münster gedacht, weswegen bei der Anmeldung die Immatrikulationsbescheinigung mit eingereicht werden muss. Die Immatrikulationsbescheinigung könnt ihr bis Wettbewerbsende nachreichen. Eine Teilnahme ohne Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ist ungültig.  
Mit diesem Wettbewerb wollen wir die Kreativität und Fähigkeiten der Student*innen der FH Münster feiern, weswegen auf die Nutzung generativer KI verzichtet werden sollte. Lasst uns Teil eures Prozesses werden! Reicht gerne 3–5 Bilder eures Prozesses mit ein.

Das muss alles auf ein gelungenes Plakat zur Ankündigung der Hochschulwahlen:
Maskottchen: Wahl Wahlerie ist uns in der letzten Wahl ans Herz gewachsen, daher soll sie auch dieses Mal wieder unser Maskottchen für die Hochschulwahlen werden. Ihr könnt entweder eine der angehängten offiziellen Grafiken nutzen oder ganz frei selbst einen anderen Wal gestalten.

Abgabe: Prozessbilder 3–5 PNGs oder JPGs, Plakat im Format A2 als PDF-Druckdatei und die unterschriebene Einverständniserklärung für die Veröffentlichung.
Gruppen- oder Partnerarbeit ist erlaubt, muss nur bei der Abgabe erwähnt werden. Die beschriebenen Gewinne werden jedoch nur in einfacher Form vergeben und müssten durch die Gruppen selbst aufgesplittet werden. Mit der Teilnahme erlaubst du uns (dem AStA der FH Münster), dein Design auszudrucken und als offizielles Ankündigungsplakat für die Hochschulwahl 2026 zu verwenden.

Dear students,
college elections are always an opportunity for students to participate in the life of the university. This year the AStA wants to celebrate your involvement in a new way. It is very important to us you get a chance to partake in the process before casting your vote. We want to know: What gets you invested? How do you become aware of participation in the college elections?

In our brand-new poster competition, we would love to see how you would like to announce the college elections. The contest will provide you with the opportunity to create a poster for the upcoming elections. The intended goal is to raise awareness of the elections and inspire your fellow students to engage. Only by involving ourselves we have the chance to shape the FH Münster into a place that fits our needs.
The top 3 best posters will be rewarded, depending on their place, either 150 Euro, 100 Euro or 50 Euro as well as a certificate. Additionally, the winner’s poster will be printed and hung on every campus belonging to the FH Münster.
For the poster’s creation you will have almost the entire month of September, meaning from 03.09 up until 30.09. (23:59).

The rules of the contest are as follows:
You may choose whichever technique suits you best, whether it is a picture collage, painting, colored pencil drawing, a digital sketch or whatever other creative method your mind can come up with.
In this contest only students of the FH Münster are allowed to participate, which is why when you go on to sign up to this contest you are required to send in your certificate of enrollment. The certificate can be handed in later after signing up, but a participant who never sends one will be disqualified.
The intention of this contest is also to reward the creativity and skills of the FH Münster students, which means you are not allowed to use generative AI. Let us be part of your process! Please send in 3-5 pictures of your progress.

Here is what needs to be on a successful poster for the announcement of the college elections:
Mascot: during the last election the whale Wahlerie grew on us and because of that we want her to be our official mascot for this year’s elections. You can use the official provided graphics or create your own version of the whale.
The college election’s date: 23.11.2026–27.11.2026

Submission: 3–5 PNGs or JPGs of the process, poster in A2 as a PDF print document and a signed declaration of consent for the publication.
Both partner and group projects are allowed; they must however be stated within the submission. If a poster made by multiple people wins the reward does not change and the winners must split the reward among themselves.
With your participation you permit us (AStA of the FH Münster) to print put your design and use it as an official announcement poster for the college elections 2026.
